ADMISSION POLICY
By booking with us, you (main guest) and your booking party (guests) accept the following terms and conditions as set out and during your stay you agree to abide by them.
If you have any questions about your booking please contact us before making a reservation.
To make a booking with us, the main guest must be at least 18 years of age.
The maximum number of guests per room is two persons.
Where the person making the booking is different from the main guest assuming occupancy, the person making the booking may be held liable for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as stated therein. Only the primary guest and the designated booking party may use the property and its facilities.
It is not permitted to bring unregistered guests to the accommodation. Any third party visitors may only gain access with our express permission.
A booking request does not imply confirmation of a booking. Once the request has been made, the establishment has 24 hours to confirm the availability of the room. If the requested room is available on the desired dates, you will receive an email with the method of payment and when the payment has been made (within 24h after said email), Niña Mala will proceed to confirm your reservation.
Payments can be made online by debit/credit card, Bizum or bank transfer, always within 24h after confirmation of your booking.
We accept same day bookings until 19:00.
We do not accept group bookings (you can book up to 2 rooms). Niña Mala is not a suitable establishment for group events such as celebrations, stag and hen parties, etc. There are strict hours of silence and we are looking for a relaxed atmosphere to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment of the reservation
Full payment in advance is required to guarantee your reservation.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please see our cancellation policy.
Deposit
At the time of booking, you pre-authorise your credit card for any charges you may incur during your stay. This pre-authorisation also includes a security deposit for damages (see damage policy).
No money is withdrawn from your credit card; however, it will appear as a pending transaction. The authorisation of your card will take up to 48h after your stay.
Card refunds usually take 3-10 working days to process, and pre-authorisation releases take up to 31 days to process, depending on each bank's policies.
SILENCE POLICY
Our silence hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.
During this time we turn off the lights in the vertical garden to respect the rest. The rest of the lights in Niña Mala, as well as the beacons in the corridor, can be switched on/off at the request of the guests staying there, with the exception of the lights at the outside entrance, which have a motion detector.
We ask that after 23:00h they are only used as necessary to avoid disturbance inside the rooms.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other guests, neighbours and owners at all times.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests do not comply with this agreement or if they cause a nuisance to other guests, neighbours or owners.
CHILDREN POLICY
Niña Mala is an establishment for adults only. Under no circumstances do we accept bookings for children under the age of 18.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Niña Mala is a self-check-in establishment and access to both the facilities and your room is by codes.
Guests must check in and check out at the times indicated below;
Check-in: from 15.00 onwards on entrance day
Check-out: before 12:00 on the day of departure
Check-in:
The day before the day of arrival, the guest holding the reservation will receive an email to the email address indicated with a link to check-in online. This step must be carried out for each of the guests included in your booking. Without this information we cannot provide you with the access codes.
Once you have checked in, you will receive the access codes to your room once it is ready.
Early check-in:
Room check-out is at 12h and we need some time to prepare the rooms. In case you need access to your room before 15.00, we can provide you with the access code to the common areas upon request, once you have checked in at the corresponding link.
There are no toilets in the common areas, but you can leave your luggage and use the facilities until your room is ready (check-in time is 15.00). Access to the common areas is only available to guests staying and/or invited guests (always with our express permission, as stated in our access policy).
Check-out:
The room must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. To do so, simply lock the door and leave the keys in the box at the entrance where they were collected on the day of arrival.
If the refrigerator has been used, the shelf corresponding to the room must be emptied before leaving the accommodation. Our cleaning staff will throw away anything left on the shelf after 12.00 noon in order to leave it ready for the next booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard rate
Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. We offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the booking.
Non-refundable rate
This rate is applicable to any booking made less than 7 days in advance and on special dates. When this rate is applied, there will be no possibility of refund.
In the exceptional event that you need to cancel your booking, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. You can make a request to Niña Mala and we will assess each case on a case by case basis.
WIFI
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests agree to use this internet access in a fair and appropriate manner.
Internet access is intended for general use, such as access to the World Wide Web, email, messaging, social networking, video / music / light media streaming. It is not designed or ideal for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activities or use of our network for illegal activities is not permitted and will be reported to local authorities.
AACC
The aacc in our rooms is domotised. By default it is configured for cold or heat depending on the season of the year. To change it, you only have to request it by any contact method and it will be done immediately.
The device is controlled by a black cylinder located in the room. These are the latest generation Daikin devices and have a temperature sensor, so it switches off when it reaches the chosen temperature.
DINNING ROOM
Each room has its own shelf in the fridge. If you find something on the shelf that does not belong to you, please let us know so that we can replace it for its owner.
The indoor common area has aacc which can be used on demand with its corresponding remote control. Out of respect for the environment, please turn it off when you leave the premises.
Niña Mala offers free coffee and tea during your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. You are not allowed to use these utensils outside the establishment.
Niña Mala does not have smoke extraction in the dining area, so there is no cooker for cooking. If you are heating your food, out of respect for other guests, please open the door to allow ventilation and eliminate persistent odours in the dining area.
ACCESS AND EXIT
It is absolutely obligatory to lock the exit/entry doors of Niña Mala, both the access door to the bicycle parking area and the exterior door.
Niña Mala has surveillance cameras in these areas and, in the event of theft and/or damage to any of the facilities due to the improper use of these doors, the person responsible for the reservation of the guest who has left the door open will be charged the relevant amount.
PARKING
We have free parking for bicycles at the outside entrance.
Niña Mala is in the city centre (Ruzafa neighbourhood) and almost 95% of the parking area is for residents and/or paid parking:
Orange zone: paid parking allowed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00 and Saturday from 9.00 to 15.00. Rest of the timetable only for residents.
Green zone: exclusive for residents.
Blue zone: pay parking allowed from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00. Rest of the timetable free of charge.
Opposite Niña Mala, across Avenida Peris y Valero is the Montolivete neighbourhood and En Corts neighbourhood, where it is possible to find free parking in the white zone.
If you are looking for a covered, guarded car park, the closest option is the one located in the Ruzafa Market, just a 2-minute walk away.
DAMAGE AND LOST PROPERTY
It is strictly forbidden to bring food and/or drink into the rooms that could damage the furniture or textiles. The outdoor furniture is treated with waterproof material and can be easily cleaned, but the furniture in the rooms is not.
We reserve the right to charge the main guest for any damage caused during their stay by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture, fittings or the building.
Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible to minimise damage and associated costs.
Inappropriate use of towels (cleaning shoes, excess make-up, etc) will incur an extra charge of €6 for a shower towel and €4 for a wash towel. These towels will be disposed of directly to maintain the quality of Niña Mala for subsequent guests.
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge for each lost key of 10€.
Any lost items (if found by cleaning staff) left by guests during a stay will be retained for a period of 15 days. Whilst we will do our best to ensure that owners recover their lost items, we accept no responsibility for the replacement of lost items and encourage guests to ensure that they have all their belongings before checking out. We offer to send lost items via registered mail, cash on delivery, or arrange an appointment for their retrieval.
SMOKING POLICY
Niña Mala is a smoke-free space.
Smoking any tobacco products (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or vaping is not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas (neither in the entrance area nor in the inner courtyard). Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the establishment.
If guests do not respect the no smoking policy and/or evidence of smoking was found in Niña Mala (we remind you that we have surveillance cameras in the common areas) a non-negotiable penalty of 150 € will be applied to the guests' account.
DRUGS
Under no circumstances are drugs allowed in all accommodation. Anyone found in possession of or taking any illegal substance will have their stay terminated and the matter will be reported to the local authorities.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation or refund if the terms of these conditions are breached.
